Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Auxodomain. We are committed to providing the best products and services. Below are the terms and conditions for refund requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • There is a system error during product provisioning.
  • The product received does not match the service description on the purchase page.

2. Exceptions

  • The error is caused by the user (e.g., wrong product selection).
  • The service has been used beyond the allowed limit.
  • The request is based on a personal decision change.
  • There is any indication of violation of the Terms of Service and Terms of Use.

4. Hosting Services Refund Terms

  • New hosting purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds apply only to hosting service fees, excluding domains, add-ons, or upgrades.
  • If the hosting package includes a free domain, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund if canceled within 30 days.

5. Add-ons and Additional Services

Fees paid for add-ons such as website builders, backups, or other additional services are non-refundable unless caused by an error or failure from Auxodomain.

6. Cancellation Process

  • Refund requests must be preceded by cancellation of the service via Customer Support.
  • Services must be fully canceled before refund processing.
  • Refund requests without prior cancellation will be declined.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests approved will be processed within 3 days.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests submitted after the refund period has expired.
  • Services extensively used or modified by the customer.
  • Domain renewals or transfers.
