Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Cloud Server services provided by Auxodomain. By accessing and using our Cloud Server services, you agree to the following terms:

• Nature of the Service: Cloud Server is a scalable and flexible infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) offering that provides you with on-demand computing resources, including processing power (CPU), memory (RAM), storage, and network connectivity. While you have significant control over your virtual server environment, it operates within Auxodomain's cloud infrastructure available in shared and dedicated configurations.
• User Management and Responsibility: You have full administrative (root/administrator) access to your Cloud Server and are solely responsible for the configuration, management, security, and maintenance of your server environment. This includes the operating system, software, applications, data, network settings, and security measures. Auxodomain's responsibility is limited to the availability and functionality of the underlying cloud infrastructure.
• Resource Scalability and Allocation: Cloud Server offers scalability, allowing you to adjust resources based on your needs, including upgrading resources as your demand increases. While Auxodomain strives to provide the resources you provision, actual performance can be influenced by overall demand on the shared infrastructure and network conditions. We do not guarantee sustained peak performance for extended periods.
• Data Backup and Recovery: You are entirely responsible for implementing and managing your own data backup and recovery strategies for the data stored on your Cloud Server. Auxodomain may offer optional backup services, but it is your responsibility to ensure the adequacy and integrity of your backups. Auxodomain is not liable for data loss unless explicitly covered by a separate agreement.
• Security: You are responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures for your Cloud Server environment. This includes firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, regular security patching, and adherence to security best practices. Auxodomain secures its underlying infrastructure, but the security of your specific Cloud Server instance and the data it holds is your responsibility.
• Acceptable Use Policy: Your use of the Cloud Server services must comply with Auxodomain's Terms of Use, which outlines prohibited activities and ensures the integrity and security of our platform for all users.
• Support Scope: Auxodomain's technical support for Cloud Server primarily covers the availability and basic connectivity of your server instance and the underlying cloud infrastructure. We do not provide support for operating system configuration, software installation, application-specific issues, custom network configurations, or security hardening within your server environment.
• Service Availability: While Auxodomain is committed to providing high availability for our Cloud Server infrastructure, occasional maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may lead to temporary service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service Level Agreements (SLAs), if applicable, will outline specific uptime commitments.
• Modifications: Auxodomain reserves the right to modify the specifications, features, pricing, and structure of our Cloud Server offerings at any time without prior notice.
• No Warranty: Auxodomain provides the Cloud Server services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, performance, or availability of the Cloud Server for your specific requirements.
