General Refund Terms

• Refund eligibility depends on the product, billing cycle, payment method, and whether provisioning has already occurred.
• Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and registry fees are generally non-refundable once submitted.
• Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or terminated services may make an order ineligible for refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or account credit where appropriate.
