These Terms of Service govern use of Auxodomain.com websites, client area, domain registration, hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated server, GPU server, business email, website security, billing, and support services.
Accounts and Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for accurate account, billing, domain registrant, and contact information.
- Customers must keep passwords, client-area access, API credentials, and server credentials secure.
- Customers are responsible for content, applications, software, scripts, DNS settings, and usage placed under their account.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices may vary by currency, billing cycle, taxes, registry fees, provider cost, promotions, renewal period, and selected add-ons.
- Services are provisioned after payment approval and required fraud, availability, or provider checks.
- Renewal prices may differ from first-year or promotional prices, especially for domains and third-party services.
- Failed, disputed, reversed, or late payments may cause suspension, cancellation, or loss of service access.
Domain Services
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, WHOIS/RDAP data, DNS features, privacy options, redemption fees, and registry rules are subject to the policies of the applicable registry, registrar, and ICANN requirements.
Hosting, VPS, Dedicated, and GPU Services
Customers must use infrastructure responsibly and within plan limits, applicable laws, provider policies, and acceptable-use requirements.
- Prohibited use includes abuse, malware, spam, phishing, attacks, unauthorized scanning, copyright infringement, and illegal content.
- Resource-intensive workloads may require upgrade, optimization, throttling, or migration to a more suitable plan.
- Backups, snapshots, monitoring, and security tools do not replace customer responsibility for application maintenance and data protection.
Support and Communication
Support is provided through the published support channels. Customers should include the domain, service, invoice, error message, and relevant technical details when requesting help.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, provider requirement, policy violation, or activity that may harm the platform, other customers, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided according to the selected plan and applicable provider limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxodomain.com is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
Updates
We may update these terms when services, pricing, providers, legal requirements, or operational policies change. Continued use of services after an update means the revised terms apply.
