  • Ticket Flagging: Easily flag important tickets for quick identification and prioritization.

  • Priority Levels: Assign varying priority levels to tickets based on their urgency or importance.

  • Predefined Replies: Streamline responses with predefined replies for common queries or issues.

  • Automatic Inactive Ticket Closure: Ensure efficient ticket management with automatic closure of inactive tickets.
