Renewals keep your domain, hosting, VPS, email, SSL, security, backup, and monitoring services active. Missing a renewal can interrupt a website, email address, domain ownership, or server workload, so renewal management should be handled before the due date.

Where to find renewals

Log in to the Auxodomain Client Area and review active services, domains, invoices, and due dates. Renewal invoices are usually generated before the due date so you have time to pay.

Recommended renewal workflow

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Open invoices or services.
  3. Review the due date, product name, billing cycle, and amount.
  4. Pay the invoice using an available payment method.
  5. Confirm that the invoice status changes to paid.

Domain renewal is especially important

If a domain expires, the website and email attached to that domain may stop working. In some cases, expired domains enter grace or redemption periods with additional fees. Renew important domains before expiration and keep the account email address active so reminders are not missed.

What if you no longer need a service?

Do not ignore invoices. Open a support ticket or manage cancellation according to the service terms. This helps avoid confusion, overdue notices, or accidental loss of something still connected to your website or email.

Best practice

Use longer billing cycles for services you know you will keep, such as primary domains, business email, and production hosting. For experiments or temporary workloads, monthly billing may be easier to control.
