Auxodomain Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Auxodomain. We strive to provide the best products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for refunds.


1. General Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund period applicable to each product or service.

  • Refunds will be issued only for eligible products and services, as described below.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


2. Domain Name Registrations

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of errors made by Auxodomain.

  • Refund requests related to domain registrations must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.

  • Domain renewals and transfers are not eligible for refunds.

  • If a refund is granted for domain registration errors, the refund amount will exclude ICANN or registry fees that Auxodomain cannot recover.


3. Hosting Services (Shared, VPS, Cloud, Dedicated Servers)

  • New hosting purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

  • Refunds apply only to the hosting service fees and do not include fees for domain registrations, add-ons, or upgrades.

  • If your hosting package included a free domain, and you cancel within 30 days, the cost of the domain (approximately $15.99) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Monthly or pay-as-you-go hosting plans are not eligible for refunds.


4. Add-ons and Additional Services

  • Fees paid for add-ons such as SSL certificates, website builders, backups, or other additional services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for these services will only be granted in case of errors or service failure caused by Auxodomain.


5. Cancellation Process

  • To request a refund, customers must first cancel the service via the customer portal or contact Customer Support.

  • Services must be fully canceled before refunds can be processed.

  • Refund requests submitted without prior cancellation will be declined.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

  • Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


7. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any refund request submitted after the refund period has expired.

  • Services that have been used extensively or altered by the customer.

  • Domain name renewals or transfers.

  • Payments made via cryptocurrency or third-party gift cards unless otherwise stated.
