To commence the order process, follow these steps based on your customer status:
For New Customers
If you are a new customer without an existing account, you can acquire an SSL certificate by adhering to the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the "Service > SSL Certificates" section.
- Choose the desired certificate type from either the feature matrix tables on a specific SSL type page or the comprehensive list of All SSL Certificates on the main overview page.
- Select for the "A domain I already own" tab and input the domain name for which you wish to purchase the SSL certificate.
- Click on Checkout to add the certificate to your basket and complete the checkout process.
For Existing Customers
Existing customers can follow the same procedure outlined above. On the Store page, if not already logged in, they will have the option to log in via the "Choose Existing Domain" tab to associate the SSL certificate with an existing domain in their account.
Upon logging in, they will have the additional choice of adding SSL to a subdomain of an existing domain. The available options include:
- Adding SSL to an existing domain in their account.
- Adding SSL to a subdomain of an existing domain in their account
- Purchasing SSL for a different domain not already in their account
- Customers simply need to select the appropriate option, input or choose their desired domain, and then proceed to Checkout to add the certificate to their cart and continue with the checkout process.
After finished up the order, if you currently have a web hosting product in place and operational, and you intend to augment it with an SSL certificate for the hosting product's domain, Auxodomain will seamlessly integrate the certificate as an addon to your hosting package. Upon purchasing the SSL and associating it with the same domain as your hosting package, Auxodomain will automatically configure the setup for you.
