4. Hosting Services Refund Terms
- New hosting purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds apply only to hosting service fees, excluding domains, add-ons, or upgrades.
- If the hosting package includes a free domain, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund if canceled within 30 days.
5. Add-ons and Additional Services
Fees paid for add-ons such as website builders, backups, or other additional services are non-refundable unless caused by an error or failure from Auxodomain.
6. Cancellation Process
- Refund requests must be preceded by cancellation of the service via Customer Support.
- Services must be fully canceled before refund processing.
- Refund requests without prior cancellation will be declined.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests approved will be processed within 3 days.
- Depending on the payment method, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests submitted after the refund period has expired.
- Services extensively used or modified by the customer.
- Domain renewals or transfers.
